Boston Butts On Sale Now

Pick Up February 22, 12-3 PM

Upward Basketball is selling Boston Butts again this year. The cost is $45 for approximately 6-8 lbs. of cooked pork. They will be available for pick up on Saturday, February 22, from 12-3 PM in the church gym. Tickets can be purchased from 9-3 on Saturdays during basketball games or from the church office weekdays between 9-2. All money goes towards equipment and other Upward basketball-related needs.

Road Runners Meeting

Are you 55+? Road Runners is for you!! Join us at 6:30 pm in the Fellowship Room for a potluck dinner. Bring a favorite dish to share. Pam Crossland will be sharing a devotional word that evening. Come make some new friends!

Ladies Bible Study

Ladies, join Suzy Frady as she leads this DVD-driven study by Tony Evans and his daughter, Chrystal Evans Hurst, to learn what it means to live as a biblical woman and embrace your femininity, to walk by faith (not just talk about it), to make decisions in alignment with God, to raise up the next generation, and to discover that tremendous freedom comes when your ultimate submission is under a caring and loving God. Study Guides are available for $8. This study will meet in the Shadows of the Cross Classroom. 

Life In The Spirit

Join us on Wednesday nights as we look at Robertson McQuilkin’s study, “Life in the Spirit.” He writes, “The Holy Spirit is the source of our spiritual blessing, the administrator and executive officer of our triune God.” So why do we so often neglect the power and presence of the Holy Spirit in our everyday lives? Over the next several weeks, we will look at how the church has too often ignored the Spirit's influence and what we must do to get back to our spiritual roots.

2025 Bible Reading Plan

For 2025, we are going to read the FOUNDATIONS New Testament Reading Plan. It will take us through the entire New Testament in a year. The plan is set up for you to read one chapter a day, five days each week. We will make these available in print and on-line.
